Case study –Norwegian Cruise Line

We launched the brand in the China, supporting brand awareness, engagement and trade sales management in highly competitive homeport cruise market


The key objective was to drive brand awareness for new Chinese ship, Norwegian Joy, and to generate sales and lead generation from social and website.

What we did

We developed a local website with a dedicated trade resource centre. We oversaw daily original content creation and bi-weekly sales lead generation and engagement campaigns on social media. We developed an onboard mobile app accessible offline with its own guest chat functionality.


Results: 15% month on month WeChat fans growth

This became the 5th most popular cruise WeChat account after 12- months.
